The Royal Estates

Royal Estates is a 2.3 million ft2 premier gated community in Dubai Investment Park to be developed in phases. Centrally located amidst a reserve of green spaces is a block of buildings, comprising 1,200 apartments including studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments and office suites that are part of phase 1 of the development.

These apartments are fronted by an impressive array of retail outlets. It will also comprise 400 well planned two, three and four bedroom townhouses to be completed in phases.

Al Maktoum International Airport in jebel ali forms part of Dubai World Central (DWC), a planned residential, commercial and logistics complex. It can currently handle 600,000 tonnes per Year and operates 24 hours a day. The airport has a projected annual capacity of 12 million tons (12,000,000 long tons; 13,000,000 short tons) of freight and between 160 million and 260 million passengers.  As of December 2014, only a handful of airlines operate passenger services out of Al Maktoum International Airport.

Nakheel’s signature development, Palm Jumeirah is the world’s largest man-made island. Shaped like a palm tree, it is made up of residential, tourism and retail developments and is the first of three islands comprising ‘the palm trilogy.
